| 英文 | Praise ye the LORD for the avenging of Israel, when the people willingly offered themselves. |

| 中文 | 君王阿，要听。王子阿，要侧耳而听。我要向耶和华歌唱，我要歌颂耶和华以色列的神。 |
| 英文 | Hear, O ye kings; give ear, O ye princes; I, even I, will sing unto the LORD; I will sing praise to the LORD God of Israel. |

| 中文 | 耶和华阿，你从西珥出来，由以东地行走。那时地震天漏，云也落雨。 |
| 英文 | LORD, when thou wentest out of Seir, when thou marchedst out of the field of Edom, the earth trembled, and the heavens dropped, the clouds also dropped water. |

| 英文 | The inhabitants of the villages ceased, they ceased in Israel, until that I Deborah arose, that I arose a mother in Israel. |

| 中文 | 以色列人选择新神，争战的事就临到城门。那时，以色列四万人中岂能见盾牌枪矛呢。 |
| 英文 | They chose new gods; then was war in the gates: was there a shield or spear seen among forty thousand in Israel? |

| 中文 | 我心倾向以色列的首领，他们在民中甘心牺牲自己。你们应当颂赞耶和华。 |
| 英文 | My heart is toward the governors of Israel, that offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless ye the LORD. |
第10段
| 中文 | 骑白驴的，坐绣花毯子的，行路的，你们都当传扬。 |
| 英文 | Speak, ye that ride on white asses, ye that sit in judgment, and walk by the way. |
第11段
| 中文 | 在远离弓箭响声打水之处，人必述说耶和华公义的作为，就是他治理以色列公义的作为。那时耶和华的民下到城门。 |
| 英文 | They that are delivered from the noise of archers in the places of drawing water, there shall they rehearse the righteous acts of the LORD, even the righteous acts toward the inhabitants of his villages in Israel: then shall the people of the LORD go down to the gates. |

| 英文 | Awake, awake, Deborah: awake, awake, utter a song: arise, Barak, and lead thy captivity captive, thou son of Abinoam. |

| 英文 | Out of Ephraim was there a root of them against Amalek; after thee, Benjamin, among thy people; out of Machir came down governors, and out of Zebulun they that handle the pen of the writer. |

| 英文 | The kings came and fought, then fought the kings of Canaan in Taanach by the waters of Megiddo; they took no gain of money. |

| 中文 | 星宿从天上争战，从其轨道攻击西西拉。 |
| 英文 | They fought from heaven; the stars in their courses fought against Sisera. |

| 中文 | 基顺古河把敌人冲没。我的灵阿，应当努力前行。 |
| 英文 | The river of Kishon swept them away, that ancient river, the river Kishon. O my soul, thou hast trodden down strength. |

| 中文 | 那时壮马驰驱，踢跳，奔腾。 |
| 英文 | Then were the horsehoofs broken by the means of the pransings, the pransings of their mighty ones. |

| 中文 | 耶和华的使者说，应当咒诅米罗斯，大大咒诅其中的居民。因为他们不来帮助耶和华，不来帮助耶和华攻击勇士。 |
| 英文 | Curse ye Meroz, said the angel of the LORD, curse ye bitterly the inhabitants thereof; because they came not to the help of the LORD, to the help of the LORD against the mighty. |

| 中文 | 雅亿左手拿着帐棚的橛子，右手拿着匠人的锤子，击打西西拉，打伤他的头，把他的鬓角打破穿通。 |
| 英文 | She put her hand to the nail, and her right hand to the workmen's hammer; and with the hammer she smote Sisera, she smote off his head, when she had pierced and stricken through his temples. |

| 英文 | Have they not sped? have they not divided the prey; to every man a damsel or two; to Sisera a prey of divers colours, a prey of divers colours of needlework, of divers colours of needlework on both sides, meet for the necks of them that take the spoil? |
